Delivery details
We can deliver anywhere in the UK. Deliveries are made by first class post or
signed-for post. Furniture is delivered by our local nationwide haulage company.

Damaged or lost goods
Tradewinds.uk.com will replace free of charge goods lost or damaged in transit
providing the buyer:
A) notifies us by email or telephone within 3 days of delivery or expected
arrival,
B) specifies the nature of the damage and
C) returns the damaged goods or provides photographic evidence of the damage
within 7 days of notification of damage goods.
Returned goods
Goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery if you are not satisfied for
whatever reason, and a refund of the cost of the goods will be made, minus a 10%
re-stocking charge. The postage and safe return of the goods will be the
customer’s responsibility.
